Common questions
Why didn't my code work?
Most often the order doesn't meet the code's conditions — a minimum spend, a specific category, or new customers only. Retailers also pull codes early when a promotion sells through. If a code fails, check the conditions listed on the card, then try the next one for that store.
Do I have to complete an offer every time?
No. Once you've unlocked a code it stays unlocked on that device for an hour, so you can come back to it without repeating the step.
What exactly is the sponsored step?
It's a short offer from an advertising partner — usually a survey, a trial, or an app install. They pay us for completed offers, which is what funds the site. You can close it at any time; you just won't see that code.
Do you sell my data?
No. Discountigo doesn't sell or rent your details. If you choose to complete a sponsored offer, whatever you submit goes to that advertiser under their own privacy policy — read it before you enter anything.
How often are codes checked?
The list is refreshed daily, and each card shows the date that code is valid until along with how many uses are left. Expired codes are removed rather than left to clutter the list.
