Terms of Use

Last updated: [DATE]

1. Agreement

By using discountigo.com you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site. The site is operated by [REGISTERED ENTITY NAME, COMPANY NUMBER, REGISTERED ADDRESS].

2. What Discountigo is

Discountigo is an independent directory of publicly available discount codes. We are not a retailer, we don't sell goods, and we don't process payments. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any retailer listed on the site.

3. Codes are provided as-is

We check codes before publishing and refresh the list daily, but we cannot guarantee that any code will work at the moment you use it. Retailers change, restrict and withdraw codes without notice, and codes often carry conditions such as minimum spend, category limits or new-customer eligibility. We are not responsible for a retailer declining a code.

4. Sponsored offers

Revealing a code requires completing a short offer from a third-party advertising network. Those offers are provided and controlled by the advertiser, not by us. We do not control their content, terms, or how they handle data you give them, and we are not responsible for your dealings with them. Completing an offer is entirely optional.

5. Trademarks

Retailer names and logos are the trademarks of their respective owners. They appear here for the sole purpose of identifying whose codes are listed โ€” nominative fair use. Their presence does not imply any relationship with, or endorsement by, those owners.

6. Acceptable use

Don't scrape the site, don't attempt to bypass the unlock step, don't submit false information to sponsored offers, and don't use the site for anything unlawful.

7. Limitation of liability

[Standard limitation clause, drafted for your jurisdiction. Note that consumer protection law in the EU/UK limits how far liability can be excluded.]

8. Governing law

[Jurisdiction and dispute resolution.]
